FastFund Nonprofit Software is a software package comprising of copyright protected software specifically designed for nonprofit organizations. FastFund Nonprofit Software was developed by Araize, Inc. You must be a licensee of Araize, Inc. to use FastFund Nonprofit Software.

1 COPYRIGHT. The Licensee acknowledge that the copyright on the FastFund Nonprofit Software in both source and object code is owned by Araize,Inc.

2. Araize, Inc. grants to the licensee a non-transferable and non-exclusive license to use FastFund Nonprofit Software.

3. SINGLE PROCESSOR LICENSE.  This license authorizes the use of FastFund Nonprofit Software in a single processor at any one time. Separate licenses are required for use on multiple processors and/or multiple sites.

4. THE LICENSEE shall not copy in whole or in part FastFund Nonprofit Software except for the purposes of making a backup copy. The Licensee will not copy in whole or in part supporting documentation supplied with FastFund Nonprofit Software.

5. CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION.  FastFund Nonprofit Software is comprised of software which is confidential, owned by Araize, Inc. and published by Araize,Inc. The Licensee agrees not to disclose, provide or otherwise make available FastFund Nonprofit Software or supporting documentation to any person other than the employees or agents without the prior written consent of Araize, Inc.

6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY. FastFund Nonprofit Software is provided 'as is'. Araize, Inc. makes no warranties either expressed or implied with respect to FastFund Nonprofit Software or its merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Although every effort has been made to eliminate errors, Araize, Inc. does not warrant that FastFund Nonprofit Software is error free. Araize, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser of this software that (1) this software will perform substantially in accordance with the accompanying written materials, when used with the recommended system configuration; and (2) the disk or disks upon which this software is recorded are not defective and have been properly recorded. This warranty is for a period of 30 days after the original purchase date, during which time any disks which are defective under normal use will be replaced at no charge. The product registration form should be returned to Araize, Inc. in order to provide proof of purchase.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. In no event shall Araize, Inc. be liable for any direct, or indirect or consequential damages including economic loss even if Araize, Inc. has been advised of the possibility of such damage. The Licensee agrees that any liability or Araize, Inc. arising out of the use of FastFund Nonprofit Software whether in contract or in tort shall not exceed the amount paid by the Licensee for the software involved.
