FastFund Payroll Includes:
Built-In Tax Tables (includes all states) calculate taxes for employees residing or working in any state, or locality. Payroll tables are updated as tax laws change.
Automatic Accrual of Vacation Hours.
Calculate After-Tax Deductions such as employee contributions to health plans, disability insurance premiums and donations.
Easy Batch Processing mode, simplifies the creation of your payroll.
Automatic Payment of payroll tax liabilities.

Payroll Processing. The Payroll Processing Batch mode features time saving tools such as time sheet journal, which automatically calls up the default hours and distribution for each employee. With this feature, employee payroll data entry is required for only those employee's whose hours, or pay change from pay period to pay period. Whether employees are hourly or salaried, part-time or full-time, FastFund Payroll can generate a payroll with minimum effort and maximum efficiency.
Allocation of Salaries, Taxes and Fringe Benefits By Hours or Percentage. Each employee's salary and payroll taxes are tied to the appropriate grant, program, or cost center.Salaries and taxes can be distributed by hours or percentage of employee time. The posting of the individual paycheck in accounting gives you a true representation of real costs based on how each employee's compensation is charged and the payroll taxes of each employee, instead of estimating based on a general overhead rate.
Addtional Features Specify hourly pay rate or salary amount. Determine pay frequency: weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly or monthly. Define overtime and special pay rates.
Provides full reporting for internal controls, federal, state and local reports, including 941 reports, unemployment reports, earning summaries, year-end W-2 processing and other detailed payroll reports.
