FastFund Telephone Support

All new users receive one full year of toll-free telephone support. After the first year, telephone support fees are based on the number of modules your organization licenses. Support fees are based on the following:

• One Module ...$200
• Two Modules ...$300
• Three Modules ...$400
• Four Modules or more ...$500

Telephone support services include the following:

• Troubleshoot technical problems
• Fix data problems
• Provide brief answers to questions regarding software usage

Telephone support services DOES NOT include training.
