FastFund Raising v3 now gives you more ways to raise money while increasing productivity and reducing expenses. This new improved software solution provides you with powerful fund raising tools, helps organize your administration processes and provides you with more meaningful and useful management reports.
Built-In Word Processor Generate letters, labels and receipts with a build-in word processor that includes mail merge capability from your saved query files. Duplicate Donor Check Check for donor duplicates either as you enter donors or by reviewing the new donor duplicate report feature. Merge and Purge Donor Records Merge duplicate donor's transaction history and delete the duplicate donor. Add Donors on the Fly Easily add donor records on-the-fly while in all donation processing screens. Batch Entry for List Management Enter names in the database using the quick, new batch entry mode. De-Activate Donors Mark donors as "inactive" to help cut postage costs and streamline your administrative work. Do Not Mail Designate donors who do not want to receive mail as "Do Not Mail". Automatic Recording of Acknowledgements All acknowledgement letters are recorded in the Actions table, giving you a complete history of all correspondence with your donors. New Improved and More Powerful Query Builder Building queries are now easier and more powerful. The new interface for building queries is organized to match the data entry screens, making queries easier to build and understand. Automatic Action Reminders The actions table can be used as a tickler file to set up reminder lists and "to do" lists for meetings, calls and other important dates. New Database Structure A new scalable database for your files will allow for greater file sizes, faster performance, more concurrent users and a more reliable platform. New Zip Code Database A new expanded zip code database for adding addresses incles and updated zip code list and City names in upper and lower case. Improved and Expanded Global Update The new global update includes more fields for searching and replacing, adding and deleting information for your donor database. New Telephone and Email Listing Now you can print an entire phone list for all donors, including all phone types and multiple email addresses. New Transaction Type You can now enter non-donor related cash receipts for product sales, event registration and other non-donor related receipts. This will allow you to segregate donation receipts from regular cash receipts. New Reports Print a complete donor transaction history or demographic data from the donor screen.
