FastFund Accounting General Ledger: Budgets

FastFund gives you the ability to set up budget amounts for every revenue and expense account in your chart of accounts. Budgets are entered for the entire fiscal year and are automatically distributed to each month of the year. Budget reports compare actual activity to your budget amounts for current periods and year to date.

FastFund's Budget Reports automatically total all budget data from the individual cost centers, combination cost centers, the total for each fund and the total for your organization. Budget reports compare budget vs. actual for the selected current period and for the fiscal year to date, prints the total yearly budget and the unexpended budget. Through custom reports, you can print budget reports across fiscal years and for greater than twelve month periods for extended grants and programs.
